I did try actislim xtreme and within a short time felt all jittery, which lasted for several hours. Indeed I became quite worried about the way I felt. It did, however, do what it claimed it would, which is suppress my appetite and that was by taking one capsule only instead of the recommended 2. At night, my body heated up to such an extent that steam was coming out of me! Or at least that was how I felt and the room temperature was no more than 15-16C with sub zero temperatures outside. It might be an idea to take them just at weekends.
