How is Almased Synergy Diet Unique?
The Almased Synergy Diet is the latest appetite suppressant to hit the market. Do you struggle with overeating? Is is difficult for you to turn down that extra piece of cake? If so, you might want to look for a quality appetite suppressant. Appetite suppressants work by helping you feel full. However, the majority of appetite suppressants on the market don't work, only a select few can actually make an impact in your weight loss efforts.
Does the Almased Synergy Diet work? The Almased Synergy Diet may be able to help but don't expect anything substantial. To put it simply, it is lacking in potency. There aren't enough quality ingredients. Let's take a closer look at the Almased Synergy Diet.

Almased sells several products based on the Synergy Diet:
1 Can of the Almased Synergy Diet. 1 can of the Almased Synergy Diet will set you back $34.99 plus shipping and handling. Keep in mind that 1 can only contains 10 servings. i did the weeks fast consisting of 3 shakes a day and soup i have done it to the letter and so far have lost 5kg. Its all about will power, costs 16 euros in chemist here so not going to mess it up.All about will power really and proves how much we really eat normally and i usually eat quite healthy.Tomorrow i start my first meal instead of one shake so only 2 shakes a day. Am pleased iv been in control and hope to lose another 5 kg but will keep this up permanently now as drink good for you.but think everyone wants instant results and its not as easy as that. And you cannot consume such sweet or salty things to be healthy which is why most people dont like it and fail.good luck to those trying it
What is listed above in the “Cons” column is not true. I am a scientist and I specifically started this plan because the diet had been reviewed and shown to be effective in several peer-reviewed scientific journals (including a recent study in an Obesity journal). In one week, I have lost 7 lbs, and I have been less than “perfect” with it.
This is really working for me. I think the powder tasts like a malt, and furthermore, I am mixing it each time with a high quality olive oil, and 10 oz of milk. It is great tasting, and I haven’t been hungry in the 3 days that I’ve been fasting. I have lost about 1 1/2 lbs a day. I think I went into ketosis the first day. I am not thinking about food every waking minute either, because I am not having any hunger pains!! The cost breaks down to about $3.00 a meal, and where can you go and eat a meal for that kind of money?? Nowhere. If you want to save at the grocery store, this is a solution, and lose weight. I’m sold on this stuff, and no one paid me to say this. I was skeptical too, but there is no bad stuff in it, and I am sensitive to any kind of additive like guar gum, or corn syrup, or methylcellulose. There’s nothing like that in this, which means that it is all quality, and that makes it more expensive. But, who wants to pay for fillers and cheap additives?? I refuse to. Good luck!
