I had a very bad experience with this so-called great product! I should have made more research and read reviews before ordering online. A bottle of Certified Acai was delivered to me for a 30-day trial and after trying it for 3 weeks, I realized that there was no effect and I didn’t lose any weight at all, unless I really cut down on my food and did lot of exercise. So I called customer service to return the product but a lady called ‘Heather’ told me that it usually took 2 months to see results. She said I should finish off the first bottle and another bottle will be delivered to me and I only had to pay a total of $48.72 for the 2 bottles. The offer was a good deal so I agreed to pay $48.72 for 2 bottles of Certified Acai to try for 2 months to see results. The amount was charged to my credit card account promptly. Unfortunately, the second bottle never arrived! After 2 weeks of waiting, I called customer service and another lady told me that there was no such offer of 2 bottles for $48.72!!!! Obviously the fake offer was to stop me from returning the first bottle and to make me pay $48.72 for it! I also ordered the Certified Acai and got the “free sample” paying the shipping and hadleling. About 3 weeks latter my credit card was charged $79 twice. I called my credit card company and started a fraud investigation. The credit card company refunded my money and I cancelled the membership in Certified Acai which I never authorized in the first place. I did not take any of the pills and was glad to read David’s comments before taking the product. I will throw it in the trash and use my will power to lose the 20 pounds. Thanks for all the comments on this product and company. They are a SCAM like David said.
