Does Colon Fit work?
Is your colon fit? Not exactly the best question for an ice breaker at a party but still an important question. In this day and age of unnatural and processed foods, toxin buildup in the colon is a real issue. Not feeling your best? Feeling weighed down? You could be suffering from toxin buildup. Toxin buildup can lead to several health issues. How can you combat toxin buildup? The best (and cheapest) way to cleanse your colon is with an effective colon cleanser or detox system. However not all colon cleansers or detoxes are the same. Most are a waste of money.
Colon Fit is the latest cleansing product to hit the market. Among other things it promises to “support bowel health and promote bowel contractions.” Colon Fit is relatively inexpensive but is not nearly potent enough to make a significant dent in the health of your colon. Let’s take a closer look at Colon Fit.
What’s in Colon Fit?
Ingredients in Colon Fit:
- magnesium
- aloe vera leaf powder
- alder buckthorn powder
- acai fiber
- okra powder
- amalaki
- bibhitaki
- haritaki
What we like about Colon Fit is the fact that they disclose the quantities of the different ingredients. Many detox companies hide the dosages of ingredients in their products in proprietary blends (probably because they contain minimal amounts of key ingredients). Although we are grateful that Colon Fit is forthcoming with their product, it reveals their greatest weakness: lack of potency. There are not enough effective colon-cleansing ingredients. Even worse, the few quality ingredients that Colon Fit does have, are not contained at a sufficient dosage to get the full benefits.
Is Colon Fit safe?
Colon Fit is comprised of all-natural ingredients and so the potential for serious side effects is minimal. Colon Fit does contain a few diuretics. Diuretics make you pee frequently (and can cause loose stools). So be sure to drink plenty of water with Colon Fit to avoid dehydration and stay close to a bathroom. Common side effects associated with the ingredients in Colon Fit include headaches, nausea, diarrhea, loose stools, fatigue, and dehydration.
How much is Colon Fit?
The biggest pro to Colon Fit is the price. A 60 capsule bottle (one month supply) will set you back $15 plus shipping and handling. Compared to other cleanses and detox system, this is very cheap. Just remember like everything, you pay for what you get. What you save in money with Colon Fit, you’ll lose with effectiveness. There is no money back guarantee.
Is Colon Fit worth purchasing?
The short answer to the question: No. The long answer: The best thing that Colon Fit has going for it is its price. $15 is cheaper than 80 percent of the detoxes and cleanses on the market. However, if you are serious about detoxing or cleansing your body, you will be dissatisfied with Colon Fit. There is a reason Colon Fit only costs $15. Its weak formula doesn’t have the potency to get the job done.
