You would think if the results were off the charts, the manufacturers would want us to know rather than hide behind an ambigious statement such as that l-carnitine "dramatically increased pre-workout testosterone (androgen) receptor concentration significantly more than when using a placebo." For all we know a dramatic increase according to the manufacturers could be an increase of 0.00005%. L-carnitine is a quality ingredient, but won't produce dramatic results by itself.
Worse, there is no way of knowing if there is a similar dosage of l-carnitine in HexaTestHardcore Pro Series as the study because the dosages of the different ingredients are hidden in a proprietary blend.
