I tried this product about a year and a half ago and I lost 15lbs in one month. While using this product, I was doing cardio workout 5 days a week for between 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs daily. I also modified my diet to about 1500 calories a day. I don’t know if NV aided in my weight loss significantly but I’m sure it helped some. I didn’t experience any harsh side effects, only a slight increase in my heartrate.
